Program in Coaching

The Program in Coaching is currently delivered in Dutch. This program is designed to help you acquire the knowledge and skills to excel as a coach in the sport world. In the program we explore the personal experience of every student-coach, and develop your individual competencies and skills. You will be expected to play an active role in your own development, whilst being guided by coaches and educators with professional experience in international sport. The program is delivered in English in Amsterdam.

Based on Johan Cruyff's Coaching Principles

At the beginning of the program you will complete an individual assessment. The result will help you set your personal goals and strategy to reach them. The program is divided into two intensive day sessions per month covering a number of common themes, relevant to all coaches. They can also be adapted or extended, based on your individual objectives or the learning needs of a group of students. The sessions are lead by experts from the field of coaching.

For the duration of the study you receive guidance from a personal coach. This coach will guide you towards the realization of your personal objectives.
